Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant at Nomra, you’ll play a key role in guiding potential tenants through every step of the leasing process. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and care — ensuring that every interaction builds trust and satisfaction. You will:

  • Manage inquiries, tours, and client communications from first contact to signed lease

  • Conduct property showings and highlight key features that align with client needs

  • Maintain an updated knowledge of available units, pricing, and amenities

  • Assist clients with applications, documentation, and lease agreements

  • Coordinate with property managers and marketing teams for smooth operations

  • Ensure accurate data entry, recordkeeping, and follow-up in CRM systems

  • Handle renewals and tenant retention efforts proactively

  • Provide insights to improve client experience and process efficiency

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor listings, and local regulations

  • Represent Nomra’s service standards through professionalism and genuine care

Skills We’re Looking For

We’re searching for individuals who combine strong communication with genuine enthusiasm for real estate and client service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (real estate background preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM software

  • Professional demeanor and a client-first mindset

  • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of lease agreements and rental policies

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
