Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination
Develop and manage annual budgets and expense reports
Handle tenant inquiries, renewals, and conflict resolution
Conduct regular property inspections and compliance checks
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and service providers
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and lease documentation
Ensure properties meet safety, health, and sustainability standards
Identify process improvements for long-term operational efficiency
Support the implementation of new technologies and digital tools
