Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Valuation Analyst at Nomra, you’ll be responsible for performing detailed property valuations and delivering comprehensive analytical reports to support business and client decisions. Working closely with the investment and management teams, you will:

• Conduct property appraisals using market, income, and cost approaches

• Research and analyze current market conditions and comparable assets

• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and performance reports

• Collaborate with brokers, clients, and external consultants for data verification

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and valuation regulations

• Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and management

• Maintain and update valuation databases and documentation

• Assist in portfolio analysis and investment feasibility assessments

• Support audit, financing, and transaction processes with precise data

Skills We’re Looking For
